Patron Pass Tour: "Horse en Majesté" @ChâteauVersailles
Laurent Salomé, director of the musée national des châteaux de Versailles et de Trianon, welcomed AFMO guests to "Horse en Majesté," the first major exhibition on the theme of horse and equestrian civilization in Europe.

Spring 2024 Day Trips: Le Havre & Rouen
In June 2024, AFMO hosted two day trips to Normandy. The first explored Le Havre’s rich history, artistic heritage, and stunning coastal scenery. The second, to Rouen, explored the l’Abbaye de Jumièges and continued in Rouen at the Cathedral and Musée des Beaux-Arts.

Springtime Open House @MuséeOrsay
AFMO hosted its annual Springtime Open House in celebration of French-American friendship. As part of the special evening, the guests enjoyed a private viewing of the celebratory exhibition Paris 1874. Inventing Impressionism at Musée d’Orsay.

Normandy: A celebration of Impressionism
AFMO patrons recently embarked on a six-day trip to Normandy to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the first exhibition of Impressionist art and to commemorate the 80th anniversary of D-Day.

Paris 1874 Private Evening with the Impressionists @MuseéOrsay
AFMO guests enjoyed an elegant evening at Musée d’Orsay to celebrate the Impressionist season and French-American friendship. The event included private viewings of Paris 1874. Inventing Impressionism and a stunning dinner in the Salle des fêtes.
