Sep 7, 2020

James Tissot was a major artist during the second half of the 19th-century, a brilliant, ambiguous and fascinating figure who chronicled the high life of the Second Empire, the mores of Victorian England, aristocratic dandies, and Parisian women.
The exhibition presents his greatest successes and examines Tissot’s experimentations and themes across different mediums.
