Patron Pass Tour “Giorgio de Chirico. Metaphysical Painting” // Permanent Collection: The New Galleries

Nov 3, 2020

The exhibition follows the artist’s footsteps from Munich to Turin to Paris – where he discovered the artistic avant-garde – and finally to Ferrare. Examining both his career and his artistic and philosophical influences, it highlights the relationship between the painter – first discovered by Guillaume Apollinaire and subsequently by art dealer Paul Guillaume – and Parisian cultural and literary circles, and presents an inspired approach to this creative period.
